Description :
1.With ultra-high speed performance as the foundation, the weft insertion mechanism and the shed opening device have
been optimized in design, in conjunction with the newly developed "U" type short-distance nozzle, further
improving the weft insertion performance.
2.A robust frame structure and a strengthened warp let-off device have been adopted, shortening the cloth path before
weaving, greatly enhancing the performance of the weft striking, especially the six-link weft striking,
achieving high speed and high quality on a higher level.
3.By using a warp let-off worm shaft adjustable device for axial clearance, the stability of the warp let-off device is
realized, adapting to the width and high-density fabrics, easily coping with weaving of special specifications such
as ultra-fine yarn to coarse yarn, narrow to wide width, general fabrics to double-layer fabrics, etc.
4.The "U" type weft striking shaft and a special weft striking balance system are adopted, and the weft striking shaft is
equipped with multi-stage reinforced support seats and a centralized lubrication system, which increases the weft striking
force, improves the wear condition of the weft striking shaft, and extends the service life of the loom.
? The frame structure has been redesigned, with the warp path inclined from the weaving mouth, shortening the cloth
path before weaving. This allows for stable weaving even at higher densities and lowers the warp position line to 900mm,
in accordance with ergonomic operation theory. This significantly enhances the weft striking performance and the
manipulability for weavers. The use of four-pulse direct drive motors can save energy by 25% to 30%. With a frequency
conversion control system, there is no need to replace the pulleys. The loom's speed can be changed by simply adjusting
parameters, enabling variable weft density and variable speed weaving for complex
fabrics.
